Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are the backbone of our program. Your time and talents help make everything possible.

Event Support

Help with concerts, competitions, and special events. Tasks include setup, tear-down, ticket sales, and hospitality.

Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per event

Fundraising

Assist with fundraising activities including concession sales, merchandise, and special campaigns. Help organize and execute fundraising events.

Time Commitment: Flexible, various opportunities

Equipment & Uniforms

Help maintain instruments, uniforms, and equipment. Assist with inventory, repairs, and organization of band storage areas.

Time Commitment: As needed, flexible schedule

Transportation

Drive equipment trucks or assist with loading/unloading for performances and competitions. CDL preferred but not required for some roles.

Time Commitment: Per trip basis

Chaperoning

Accompany students on trips and competitions. Ensure student safety and assist with logistics during travel and events.

Time Commitment: Per trip, background check required

Booster Board

Serve in a leadership role on the Band Boosters board. Help plan, organize, and execute band activities and fundraising.

Time Commitment: Monthly meetings + activities
